What is DOX and how does it work?

DOX is your dog's personal monthly box of healthy treats and high-quality products. We stand for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. By joining us, you allow your dog to enjoy healthy, natural things every month, curated from suppliers we personally trust.

What's in a DOX box?

Five to seven hand-picked things: natural-leaning treats, smart chews, a toy or two, an occasional small surprise, a printed editor's note, tissue and twine, and one DOX sticker. Items rotate every month and are personalised to your dog's size and any allergies.

Where do you ship?

Across the entire European Union, plus the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. Free shipping on every plan. Delivery windows: 3–5 business days to a SmartPOST parcel machine or your address.

How do skip and cancel work?

Email bark.me@dox.ee any time. We skip a month, pause or cancel your subscription and confirm by email. No retention flow, no hoops. You can also manage your subscription online (card, address, cancel).

Does my plan renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly plans renew every month, and 3- and 6-month plans renew at the end of their term at the plan price. To stop a renewal, email bark.me@dox.ee before the renewal date and we will cancel it and confirm by email. Boxes already paid for are still sent. You can also manage your subscription online: see your next payment date, update your card or address, or cancel.

What if my dog has allergies?

Tell us. We keep an allergy profile per dog and read every ingredient list before it goes in the box. If it can't be perfectly safe, it doesn't ship.

Can I gift a box without subscribing?

Yes. One-off gift boxes ship in special wrapping with a personalised note. Perfect for birthdays, adoption anniversaries, or friends who just got a puppy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA bank transfer for annual plans. All transactions are secured by Stripe.
